Roathe

A former Orokin war commander turned Protoframe who sided with the Anarchs. He waits at the bottom of The Descendia, fighting with his Vinquibus, fire slams and fireballs while summoning demon conscripts, then unleashes one of several deadly arena attacks before being bound to his throne.
