About this project

The Codex is a discovery project: it was built to explore what AI tools can do, with the help of AI assistants that wrote the code and part of the texts (lore summaries, quest summaries, translations of patch history and of some descriptions). These texts were checked automatically but not reviewed one by one, and may contain mistakes. The project is non-commercial: no advertising, no paid content, no income of any kind.

No account, no form, no audience measurement, no advertising. The site collects no personal data. Like any host, Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookies. Two settings are kept only in your browser (local storage), never sent anywhere: the light or dark theme you picked, and the fact that you closed the information banner. Clearing your browser data removes them.
